From l’Horta Nord to the world

Zeta Beer is a young microbrewery located in Alboraia, a small town next to Valencia. Since 2014 they have been increasing their beer catalogue with a great number of fresh and varied designs.

The challenge that Zeta proposed to us was to dress its most iconic and best-selling beer, the Helles Lager. Creating a limited series of 1500 beers with 4 different labels. A commitment to diversity and visual optimism.

For this project, we set up a design lab together with people from the Patronato Intermunicipal Franciso Esteve de Paterna, an association of families whose mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities by providing support, learning, autonomy, living together and inclusion in a personalized and stable way throughout their lives.

This project brings together creativity and design to generate a social and inclusive initiative that allows the empowerment of people with intellectual disabilities.

Summer colour

Through the simple and creative technique of tearing and pasting the paper, we carried out a series of workshops where we investigated together through experimentation and color. Quick and expressive exercises allowed us to share and find expressive and vibrant details. From simplicity, we worked on composition, weight and harmony. A shared and exciting path creating pieces of a very diverse nature.

The result is a series of vital and colorful compositions, a journey through our subconscious to relive those wonderful summers of the 90s, of freedom and vitality, in which Valencian and Mediterranean graphic heritage flourishes in the shadow of the mythical palm tree by Pepe Gimeno, tourist icon of the Valencian Community and National Design Award.
